- 250 grams of room-temperature butter
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups of cornstarch
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- About 3–3.5 cups of flour
How to Make Them
- In a mixing bowl, combine 250 grams of room-temperature butter, 1 egg, 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, 1.5 cups of cornstarch, 1 packet of vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Knead well.
- Gradually add about 3–3.5 cups of flour and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to one part and knead again.
- Take hazelnut-sized pieces from both the plain and cocoa doughs and roll them into balls.
- Shape them into flowers.
- Use a toothpick to make small lines on them.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes.
